» Yoga Workshop in your office or home

Our yoga class is a great place for individuals wanting to explore yoga for
the first time as well as for the more experienced yoga practitioner.
This is a wonderful way for each person to enjoy stretching and reflection
in his or her own surroundings whether at home or the office. Each session
will be geared to the level of experience of the individual or group ranging
from basic yoga postures to more advanced movements and poses. Our intention
for each session is that each individual feels energized, refocused and finds new body awareness.

Each yoga class is guided by a certified yoga instructor and lasts approximately one hour. We supply the instruction, soothing music and ambience and the participants wear comfy clothes, bring either a yoga mat or beach towel and a willingness to connect with themselves; mind, body and spirit.

 

» Breathing and Meditation Workshop

This workshop introduces individuals to the importance of deep breathing and meditation. The participants will learn how incorporating these practices into their daily routine can reduce stress levels thereby improving overall health. Some interesting historical facts and physical benefits are presented as well as a combination of relaxing and invigorating exercises that are easy to do at home. Each class incorporates these items with instruction on basic meditation skills as well as a guided visualization. This class is essential for those who find themselves often fatigued and unfocused and promises to leave each person feeling refreshed, renewed and ready to face the world!
